Remine: Growing Your Business Through Farming

Successful real estate agents grow their business through focusing their business on a specific area or market. This course provides real estate agents with working knowledge of the geographical farming process. Topics covered include defining a geographical farm area, types of marketing outreach, integrated marketing plans and strategies appropriate for attracting sellers and buyers using Remine. At the end of this class, you will be able to:
- Define and isolate a geographic farm area on a map using Remine
- Search property record data using Remine, add valuation in property detail record and print the property details report using Remine
- Develop an integrated marketing plan utilizing mail advertising, promotions, social media networking and website content
- Create the strategies appropriate for attracting sellers through proper outreach and buyers through appropriate open house and renter’s campaigns
This class requires a minimum number of 15 attendees.
